This website was created to give me a platform to keep my own personal record of my journey into weightloss.
By posting all of my efforts “Warts n All” for all to see, I am hoping it will help to keep me honest.
I am a 74yr old man and my starting weight was 21st 10lbs (137.89kg)
After surviving 2 life threatening surgeries in the last 6 years, I have finally realised that I cannot continue to be so much overweight if I want to live.
I am so lucky that my wife, Diane, of 51yrs has stood by me and supported me through the good times & the bad times.
So my weightloss is for her as much as myself
